She was a caring and loving mother of six children and is survived by her sons James L. Leonard and wife Dawne, Charles E. Leonard and wife Mary Lou, daughters Kay M. Leonard, Karen R. Purdue and husband John, daughter in law Barbara Leonard, and devoted caretaker, daughter Deborah S. Leonard. She had 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandcildren. Evelyn was a member of the Enola American Legion Auxilliary, Masonic Eastern Star and Englewood Elks, FL. She and her husband were 30-year residents of Englewood FL., and married for 72 years.
Services will be held on Friday July 26, 2019 at 9:00 A.M. at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of the Central Pennsylvania Cremation Society, 3125 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
