Victor was born on September 21, 1965 in Mecklenburg Co. to the late Curtis E. and Celeste Barnhardt Montgomery.
He had worked for many years as a truck driver for Old Dominion Freight Lines. He enjoyed cars, driving trucks and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his children, Victoria Montgomery, Daniel Montgomery and their mother, Dawn, Carissa Montgomery, Tyler Montgomery and their mother, Crystal.
