Anthony E. Howard was born June 23, 1952 to John and Bertha Howard, Sr. in Columbus, Ohio. Anthony went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, July 14, 2019 in Columbus.

Anthony was a 1970 graduate of Central High School. He retired in 1993 from the U.S. Navy after 23 years of service with 3 tours in Vietnam and 2 tours in Desert Storm.

He earned a B.A. degree in Human Resources from Ohio Dominican College. He retired a second time after 10 years from the State of Ohio.

Anthony dearly loved his family and was always there for us, anytime we called on him (especially concerning computer issues). Whenever we would say thanks, his favorite response was, “No biggie”. Anthony will be truly missed by his family and all those who had the pleasure of knowing and loving him.

Preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Geraldine McGinnis and Pauline Berry; brothers: Steven Keith “Pete” Howard and George “Jake” Butler.

Anthony is survived by wife Maria Luisa “Aida” Howard; loving siblings: Patricia Miller, and Bertha Roy (Chester); Dr. John Howard, Jr. (Dawn); William A. Howard (Martha), and uncle Chester Carr; several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
