Michael was born on February 21, 1979 in Danville, Illinois at St. Elizabeth Hospital. He was a member of New Life Church of Faith with Pastor Thomas W. Miller.
Michael enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, working on cars, fishing, basketball and traveling. He was also a die hard fan of Chevy cars.
Michael had a loving spirit that drew people from all walks of life to him. He never met a stranger everyone he met loved him. He enjoyed life and he would not let his limitations stop him from doing the things he loved.
He would always keep you laughing every time you were around him and he always captured your heart. To all who knows him Michael says Peace......
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother, Monica (Thomas) Brandon; baby sister, Ashley Lucas; his father, Michael Brandon Sr. and grandmother, Marjorie Byrd; aunties, Veronica Dixon (Jed Morton) and Gayle Brandon; uncles, Anthony (Dru) Brandon, Bryan, Timothy Brandon, and Robert (Jackie) Dinkins; step-sisters, Tabitha (DeJuante) Forman, Tania (Chris) Odomes, Tammy (Aaron) Forman and Sabrina Brown; special cousins, Tina and Dalynn Dickey, Nayanah, Damarion and Robert Brandon , Charles and Nikki Dinkins and Kelia Young; special friends, Tyrone Wiley, Andre Moore and James King and special friends from Indianapolis, Steve Winfield, John Buchanan, Crystal James and her daughters, Jamela and Marquesia James, Diamneak Keller, Raychell Nicholson. They all loved him as a Father and their children called him Grandpa.
