John H. DeHaven, 94, died Friday at Phoenix, Ariz.
The funeral will be held 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the Davis Funeral Chapel.
Burial will be at Mount Muncie Cemetery with Military Honors.
Mr. DeHaven was born Aug. 23, 1891, at Roanoke, Mo., the son of William A. and Sarah E. Parks DeHaven. He enlisted in the Army in 1925 and was discharged as a Master Sergeant in 1954. He was married to Lillian Withers. He was a member of Bethany Bible Church and the Maryville Arizona Lions Club, both of Phoenix and a member of the D. A. V.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. DeHaven.
He is survived by two daughters, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the Davis Funeral Chapel.
