Chad A. Agen, 28, of Middlebury Ave. passed away on July 15, 2019, after a lifelong illness. Friends and family may be received on Tuesday July 23, 2019 from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Phillips Memorial Home in Massena. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 24, 2019 at 10 a.m. at the Phillips Memorial Home, Massena. Interment will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Massena.

Chad was born on October 9, 1990 in Massena, NY the son of Christopher S. Agen and Cathy A. Belile. He graduated from Massena Central High School in 2009, where he attended BOCES for Automotive Tech. He also attended SUNY Canton, student in the Automotive Technician program. He was an avid sports fan and stood by his many teams.

He loved to play video games, and enjoyed watching softball games and going fishing. He especially enjoyed the time spent with family for birthday parties and other family gatherings. Chad was very clever and enjoyed problem solving, and like spending time with his friends, and enjoyed spending time with his gecko, Carmen.

He is survived by his parents, Cathy Belile of Massena, Christopher S. and Brandie Agen, of Norfolk, NY. His brothers, Chris M. and Allison Agen of Massena, Cory S. Agen and companion Kaelyn LaPoint of Massena, Keaen H. Agen of Norfolk, a sister, Hailee A. Agen, of Norfolk; a niece and nephew, Isabella and Easton Agen of Massena, NY along with several aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Michael J. Belile, maternal grandmother, Ann Marie Felix, paternal grandfather, Howard S. Agen
