Twila Jean Smith 73 of Rogers passed away July 17, 2019 surrounded by her family. She was born November 30, 1945 in Beaver, Oklahoma the daughter of John and Iva Lee Wright Cooper. Twila was employed with the Rogers Public Schools for 14 years, she and Leroy owned and operated Arkansas Automatic Doors. She was an active member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and was artistic.

She is survived by her husband Leroy of the home; her daughter Rebecca Peterson and husband Jared of Rogers; her special aunt Mary Lou Reeves of Avoca; grandchildren, Ethan Peterson and wife Misty, Josiah Peterson and wife Makenzi and Elliott Peterson; three great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Twila will be 3 to 4 p.m. Monday, July 22, 2019 and services beginning at 4 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Rogers. Private family interment in the Little Flock Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions to Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Arrangements by Benton County Funeral Home, 306 N. 4th, Rogers.
