Visitation will be held Friday, July 19, 2019, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Bailey Funeral Home - Springhill, LA.
Mrs. Warren was born on October 30, 1948 to Joseph "Andy" and Flavia Kenneson Young in Shreveport, LA and passed away on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 in Sarepta, LA. She was a published author, singer-songwriter, and an avid fisherman. Above all else she was a devout Christian and loving mother, and grandmother. She had a loving heart and never met a stranger; everyone who met her was richly blessed.
She is survived by her daughter, Rhonda Parker and husband Ronald of Cotton Valley, LA; two sons, Shane Choina and Belinda of Haynesville, LA, Chris Young and wife Christy of Sarepta, LA; Three Step-Daughters, Donna Daniels and husband Mike of Haynesville, LA, Marie Headrick and husband Jody, and Lucy Marie Bailey; Step-Son, Billy Warren; four brothers, Charles Powers, Jimmy Powers, Johnny Powers, Joey Powers; four sisters, Wanda Harwell, Lucy Robinson, Carolyn Guynes, Anita Powers; as well as a multitude of Grandchildren, Great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, and good friends.
Mrs. Warren was preceded in death by her husband of 21 years, William "Bill" Warren, and her parents.
Pallbearers will be Shane Choina, Chris Young, David Warren, Darrel Cude, Lance Young, James Ray Matlock, Todd Ward, Cody Young, Mike Daniels, Jordan "Bo" Brown, Eddie Dyas, and Seth Dyas.
