Earl W. VanAntwerp
Earl W. VanAntwerp, 72, of Baxton Street, North Syracuse, died Tuesday at Community-General Hospital after a brief illness.
He was a native of Syracuse. Mr. VanAntwerp retired from Centro as a bus driver in 1987.
Mr. VanAntwerp was a member of North Syracuse Baptist Church. He served in the Army Air Corps during World War II.
His wife, Shirley, died in 1989.
Surviving are a daughter, Victoria Burns of Liverpool; two sons, David of Schroeppel and Earl of Syracuse; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Sears-Middleton Funeral Home, Pastor Robert Emory officiating. Burial will be in North Syracuse Cemetery.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. 209 N. Main St,. North Syracuse.
