Services were Saturday, Aug. 22, in the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with William Simms of Dublin officiating. Burial was in the Cottage Hill Cemetery.
Mrs. Swinney was born Oct. 5, 1908 in Hamilton County, the daughter of John B. And Deliah Lee Kincheloe. She was a lifetime resident of Hamilton County and worked as a waitress in a cafe. She was a member of the Church of Christ. She was married to Jeff Swinney in 1980.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Jack Kincheloe.
Survivors include her husband, Jeff Swinney of Hamilton; a daughter, Bonnie Clark of Arlington; six step-children, Elaine Mount of Lubbock, Eddie Swinney of Branson, Mr., Howard Swinney of Pampa, Joe Swinney of Medina, Don Swinney of Big Springs and Ray Swinney of New Mexico; and a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Frank Hafley, Shannon Gaines, Toby Logan, Robert Russell, Dean Swinney and Joe Swinney.
