Lillian (Sparrow) Phillips, age 89 of Smithfield, passed away Tuesday, July 16, 2019. Daughter of the late James Otis and Effie (Coulter) Sparrow, she was a caregiver at Friendship Manor and Cedar Lake Lodge and was an Honorary Kentucky Colonel. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Phillips; son, Gary D. Phillips; great-grandchildren: John Allgeier, IV, Jeremy Allgeier, and Infant Phillips.
