He was the son of Billy W. and Fauna L. (Warne) Maxwell. Also preceded
in death by his step brother Douglas Foster. Surviving is his sister Carol
(Maxwell) Bates and his brother Billy W. Maxwell, Jr.
Tom grew up in Philo Ohio. He worked at and retired from Owens Corning
Fiber Glass in Newark Ohio.
He passed away at the Continuing Health Care Solutions in Zanesville Ohio.
