Cynthia was a lifelong Albany resident and was a music teacher for many years in the Albany Public School System.
Cynthia is survived by her daughter and son-in- law Batya and Herzl Hefter of Israel and her grandchildren, Aviya, Moshe, Zev, Eliyahu Yehuda, Amichai, Aron Noam and Binyamin.
Cynthia also leaves her longtime partner, Al Klein. She was predeceased by her son, Glenn Miller of blessed memory.
Graveside services will be at the Beth Emeth Cemetery on Turner Lane in Loudonville, NY.
