After graduation, Justin moved to Fargo, North Dakota with his mother and three younger siblings. Justin loved his family, and worked hard to support them, even if that meant riding his bike in any weather. He was giving and caring, always willing to listen and comfort. He had a wonderful sense of humor. He loved his music, enjoyed attending concerts with his uncle, Marvin Blakely. Together, they were the two stooges, and wherever one was, the other was close behind. Justin lived a life full of love and happiness.
At the time of his passing, Justin was survived by his mother, Roxane, grandmother, Diane Blakely, uncle Marvin Blakely, brothers Alvin Thunder III and Joseph Thunder, sisters Nicole Stone, Patricia Blakely, and Niomi Thunder, as well as beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, Simon Blakley and Eugene Stone Sr., grandmother Doreen Stone, father Eugene Stone Jr., stepdad, Alvin Thunder Jr., and uncle Faron Blakley.
Justin was served with love and respect by friends and family acting as pallbearers and honorary pallbearers. Services followed two overnight wakes and traditional services.
