She is survived by her brother and four children, McKinley Nelson (Cynthia), Wendell Preston, Lewis Preston (Angela), Walter Preston (Rebecca) and DeVon Preston; six grandchildren, Monica Mattox, E.J. Trice, Adrienne Preston, Walter Preston III, Alexandra Preston and Emma Preston; one great-grandchild; nieces, Zenobia Lee-Nelson and Sharoya Patterson; nephews, Marcus Williams (Sarah) and Eton Nelson; cousin, Doris Waller; and extended family and friends. Services will be private. Mom & Sister, you were unbelievable! You loved every one of us unconditionally … and you were one hell of a fighter!
