Glenda Ann Reedy Moore, 77, of Kingsport, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019, at Wexford House following a courageous battle with cancer. Glenda was born on August 4, 1941, in Kingsport, TN, to the late Earl and Pauline Reedy. She was a devoted wife, she loved her cats, watching movies and time spent with family and friends. She was a 1959 graduate of Lynn View High School. Glenda retired after 36 years as an administrative assistant from Eastman, and she was a member of Mountain View United Methodist Church. She delighted in making and sending custom made cards of all types. Glenda enjoyed time spent with high school friends and planning their reunions.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, Richard Moore; and one brother, Ronald Reedy. Those left to cherish her memory are her precious pets, Sassy and Sophie; brother, Robert Reedy (Amy); sisters-in-law, Carolyn Reedy and Audrey Moore; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
