Phyllis Jean Ford, 72, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Medical Center at Bowling Green. The Scottsville, KY native was a former employee of Anna's Country Kitchen, managed several local restaurants and attended East Willow Church of God. She was a daughter of the late Lassie Bell Smalling.

She is survived by 2 sons: Bobby G. Ford and wife, Roxana, Bowling Green, KY and Derek Ford, Scottsville, KY;

1 daughter: Debbie Carter, Scottsville, KY;

1 brother: Elmer Harp, Scottsville, KY;

1 sister: Mary Jean Caldwell, Adolphus, KY;

1 brother-in-law: Glyn Cooper, Scottsville, KY;

7 grandchildren: Brian Ford (Samantha); Rian Ford; Kara Ford, Kyle Graves, Kacy Carter, Tracy S. Carter and Tucker Ford;

5 great grandchildren: Connor Ford, Kalacjiah Alexander, Khalil Howard, Emily Del Rio and Blake Del Rio and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by 1 brother: Ivy Glen Mesker and 2 sisters: Estelle Harrison and Sylvia Cooper.

Funeral services will be 4:00 P.M. Sunday at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Saturday and after 8:00 A.M. Sunday until funeral time.
