Adam and his brother were walking home along the tracks and they had been drinking. Adam was killed by the train, Thomas was not. Depending on which document you believe Adam either died in Delaware County, Pennsylvania or somewhere along the Elkton, Cecil County tracks.

Adam married Rachel Reynolds and had children. Am in the process of finding all of them.
