Willa Mae Mason, 82, of Greenwood, went to be with the Lord, July 10, 2019 in Greenwood. She was born March 2, 1937 in Hackett, to the late Sammuel and Ida Brasher. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and retired from Whirlpool Corp. She is preceded in death by seven brothers, Clarence (Memorial #13782151), James (Memorial #13781137), Carl (Memorial #32332581), Raymond (Memrial #13781577), Charles (Memorial #403427), Robert and Kennith Brasher; three sisters, Lois Black (Memorial #158036496), Alma Clark (Memorial #13781523) and Elsie Byrd (Memorial #13781449).
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 15 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with burial at Pleasant Hill Cemetery under the direction of McConnell Funeral Home. Visitation will be Sunday, from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home where the family will visit with friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Willa Mae is survived by her husband, Bobby; a son and his wife, Allen and Angie Strozier of Greenwood; three daughters, Becky McCall of Sugar Loaf, Sandy and her husband, Scott Magnani of Hartford and Jeannie Tucker of Greenwood; one sister and her husband, Kay and Bud Nelson of Greenwood; ten grandchildren; twenty one great grandchildren and many, many nieces and nephews.
