Shannon Sue McDonald, 76, of Portage passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Porter Regional Hospital.
She was born April 23, 1942 in Boonville, IN to James & Doris (Goodwin) Duckworth and graduated from the Indiana School for the Deaf.
Shannon had been a member of the Northwest Indiana Deaf Club.
She married Dennis McDonald who preceded her in death in May of 1997.
Survivors include their three children, Ken McDonald, Joe McDonald & Jenna (John) Konarski, grandson, Mason Konarski, and sisters, Linda Harger & Carrol Hale.
