Mr. Joe Lynn Mullins, age 86 of Wingo, Ky passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 5:50 AM at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center.
He was a member of the Pryorsburg Baptist Church, He was a Farmer, and a He was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War.
Mr. Mullins is survived by his wife of 67 years- Wanda Dunevant Mullins of Wingo, Ky; one daughter- Pam (Mickey) Janes of Wingo, Ky; one son- Joe Keith (Angie) Mullins of Wingo, Ky; four grandchildren- Nathan (Diane) Janes, Elaina Janes, Dr. Samantha Mullins, and Jacob Mullins; 2 great-grandchildren- Laurel Janes and Laila Janes.
He was preceded in death by his parents- Lermon & Dessie Freeman Mullins.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2019 at 11:00 AM at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky with Rev. Ronnie Stinson, Jr, Rev. Chris Clark, and Rev. Marshall Ivey officiating. Burial will follow in the Wingo Cemetery. Friends may call from 5-8 PM on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Brown Funeral Home in Mayfield, Ky.
Pallbearers will be: Jacob Mullins, Nathan Janes, Ricky Rhodes, Ronald Morgan, Nelson Cude, Jr, Chuck Clark, Eddie Rogers, and Mike Nesler.
