Kenneth Dwayne Kendrick, 57, of Lynchburg died Monday, June 10, 2019 in the comfort of his home. He was the loving husband of Connie O. Kendrick for over 34 years.

Dwayne was born on July 3, 1961 in El Paso, Texas. He was a son of the late Cecil Leo Kendrick, Sr. and Shirley Crawford Kendrick of Lynchburg. Dwayne was a Metal Fabrication Supervisor with Porter’s Fabrication.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his two sons, Craig and his wife Jenny of Lynchburg, and Brandon and his wife Lindsey of Fairfax County, one brother Cecil, Jr. and his wife Donna of Lynchburg, and seven grandchildren, the eldest Jade.

The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Tharp Funeral Home Lynchburg.

A Graveside Service for Dwayne will be held at 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 14, 2019 at Fort Hill Memorial Park with Chaplain Larry Kendrick officiating.
