C.W.'S OBITUARY
Charles “C.W.” Anderson, 72, of Georgetown, Texas, passed away unexpectedly on July 8, 2019.
His life began on September 10, 1946 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. His family moved to Midland where he met the love of his life, Janice Ann Beyer. They married in 1967 and devoted the next 51 years to raising their family together.
He never met a stranger and the stories that he told of the people he met along the way (some famous) could fill a book. He loved sports, westerns, good food, his Boxer pups, talking politics, and playing a whole lot of golf. But there was nothing more important to him than his family. He loved Janice and she loved her “Dubber.” He was devoted to his children, Cody (Joann), Brandie (Garry), and Toby (Ashley). He set the bar high as a father and loving grandfather to Cade, Raegan, Garrytt, Brayden, Gage, and Delaney. He was also the beloved brother to Chad (Kathy) and was uncle, cousin, and friend to many.
There is a Visitation from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m with the Rosary at 4:00 p.m on Sunday, July 14, 2019 in the Chapel of Ramsey Funeral Home in Georgetown, Texas.
Spending six years in the Army Reserve, C.W. loved his country and could never be accused of being overdressed, so the family encourages everyone to dress casually in patriotic colors.
