Phyllis Orr Rogers, daughter of the late Thomas Franklin Orr and Milda Erline Guice Orr; also preceded in death by her husband of 44 years when he passed; and brother, Harold "Bud" Orr.
Survived by a daughter, Thelma Rogers Marlatt; and a son, Allen Rogers; five sisters, Christine Lyda, Ethel Pittillo (Jack), Mary Lamb, Marie Blackwell (Dan), and Ann Huff.
She taught cake decorating at Blue Ridge Community College.
