Terri L. Jackson, age 44, of Claymont, DE passed away on May 15, 2007 at the Coventry Manor Nursing Home in Pottstown, PA. Born in West Chester, PA, she was the daughter of David and Kathleen Leith Jackson of Unionville, PA. Terri owned and operated Creative Catering in Claymont, DE. She was a member of the Moose Lodge No. 847 in Claymont, DE and the Hall-Burke VFW in Holy Oak, DE. Terri enjoyed cooking, the beach, and being with her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is survived by a son, David A. Dallett of Claymont, DE; a daughter, Julie L. Dallett of Unionville, PA; and by her longtime companion, Jim Lawton of Claymont, DE. Terri is also survived by her maternal grandmother, Jane Leith. She was predeceased by her maternal grandfather, Buzz Leith and also by her paternal grandparents, Gilpin and Kathryn Jackson. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, May 19, 2007 at the Kuzo & Grieco Funeral Home (610-444-4116), 250 W. State St., Kennett Square, PA. Family and friends may call from 9:30 to 11 AM. Interment will follow the service at Birmingham-Lafayette Cemetery.
