SURRY - Robbie Lynn Bulifant Stewart, 54, of Surry passed away peacefully Saturday, January 28, 2017 surrounded by her family. Born August 10, 1962, she was a daughter of the late Leo Bulifant, Sr. and Nancy Logan Bulifant. Robbie was a loving and devoted wife and friend and will be missed by all who knew her. Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Leo Bulifant, Jr. and Kenny Bulifant. Left to cherish her memory is her devoted husband, Robert Stewart; uncles, Charles Bulifant and Herman Bowman; aunt, Marie Glenn and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. The family will receive friends Tuesday, January 31, 2017 at R.W. Baker & Co. Funeral Home, Wakefield Chapel from 6 to 8:00 pm and at other times at the home of Robert and Robbie. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Wednesday, February 1, 2017 at the funeral home with Rev. Ray Rowland officiating. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Union Christian Church, 2331 New Design Rd. Dendron, VA 23839, c/o J. Shelton Stewart, III.
