Daughter of Earnest Albert Frase & Ruth Hazel Mackey Frase Cramer.

Her first husband was John C. Ross. He passed away in 1983. She later married Charles Ken Carter in Medina, OH, on May 31, 2004.

Survived by two daughters and a son; five grandchildren and one great-grandson; nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by a sister, Hilda Ross.

Funeral services: Monday, November 8, 2010, Wadsworth United Methodist Church.

Burial: Hillcrest Memorial Gardens
