John Gustafson, age 57 years, late of 12515 Maple Ave., died at St. Francis Hospital Tuesday, Oct. 23.
He was born Sept. 22, 1899. Brother of Delia Peterson of Boxholm, Iowa; Ruth Melvin [Melin}, Hilma Winterfeldt, Elsie Gustafson of Blue Island and Rev. Arthur Gustafson of Merrill, Wis.
Services will be held Friday, Oct. 26 at 1:30 in the Mission Covenant Church.
Interment Oak Hills. Funeral home at 2601 Vermont St., is in charge.
