A native of Strong, Me., he came lo California and settled in Livermore about 60 years ago. Forty three years ago he moved to Soquel, and he served in Various official and fraternal offices. He and Mrs. Weymouth moved to San Jose in 1923.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Arthur Weymouth; three sons, Alvin Weymouth of Santa Cruz, W. A. Weymouth of Rockford, Ill.; and George R. Weymouth of San Rafael; two daughters, Mrs. Marge Bias and Mrs. Gladys Ritter, both of San Jose; a sister, Mrs. Jennie Beck of Ceres; a brother, William Weymouth of Berkeley.
Surviving grandchildren are Lowell Bias, Mrs. Dorothy Stagnaro, and Floyd Weymouth, all of Santa Cruz; Adele Weymouth of Rockford, Ill., and Shirley Weymouth of San Rafael.
