Donald Ray Henley, 84, passed from this life at his home in Antlers, Oklahoma on July 4, 2019. He was born January 28, 1935 in Wewoka, Oklahoma to Burl Henley and Delores Orr and beloved step-father Virgil Orr.

Don married the love of his life, Cleta (Rogers) Henley at the Freewill Baptist Church in Wewoka, Oklahoma on October 1, 1954. They resided together in Antlers, Oklahoma for 53 years. Don was a member of the First Baptist Church of Antlers, Oklahoma. He loved hunting, fishing, coon hunting, guns, and arresting bad guys when he was an Oklahoma Highway Patrol Officer. Don was a member of the Coon Hunters Association, the Excise Board of Pushmataha County, and a lifetime member of the NRA.

He is preceded in death by his mother: Delores Orr; brother: Jim Henley; and special grandmother Emma "Mammy" Tucker.

Don is survived by his wife, Cleta Henley of the Home; children: Mike Henley and wife Debbie; grandchildren: Amanda Henley-Morton and husband John Morton and Josh Henley and wife Barinda; niece: Cindy Mathis and husband Mike; nephew: Keith Henley and wife Scarlett and their children Zack and Emma Henley.

Services for Don will be held at Antlers First Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Antlers City Cemetery.
