Miss Effie V. Fowler of Marietta died Monday at Kennestone Hospital after a long illness.
Miss Fowler was a native and lifelong resident of Cobb County, and a member of Crestview Baptist Church.
Graveside services were Tuesday at Mountain View Cemetery with the Rev. L. Howard Gordon officiating.
Mayes Ward Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
Miss Fowler was sister of the J.M. Fowler Jr., J.L. Fowler, C.W. Fowler and Mrs. Charles Manning, all deceased.
Survivors include nieces and nephews..
