She is survived by her grieving parents David T. Vaughn (Kim) and Wanda F. Vicari (AJ), a brother Eugene D. Vaughn (Christina) and a nephew Joshua Eugene Vaughn. She is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, cousins and friends.
Elizabeth worked in the food industry waitressing, which she truly loved. Elizabeth especially enjoyed spending time with family, being in the mountains, white water rafting, and paragliding. She had an honest, loving, adventurous spirit. One of Elizabeth's passions was volunteering with the SPCA helping homeless animals find good homes.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation at Greenwood Funeral Home, 5200 Canal Blvd, New Orleans, on Friday, July 5, 2019, starting at 11:00 AM, followed by a Funeral Mass at 1:00 PM. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery.
