Annie Lee Jenkins was born to the late Teddie & Laura Ann Jenkins on April 6, 1957 in Ruleville, MS as the seventh child of eleven. She departed this life on June 3, 2019 at the North Sunflower Medical Center in Ruleville, MS.

Annie Lee Jenkins confessed her love for Christ at an early age. Annie devoted her faith in Christ to the Church of Christ in Ruleville, MS. She later moved her church home to Sweet Home Outreach Ministry in Itta Bena, MS, where she remained a faithful servant until she was called home.

Annie Lee Jenkins was preceded in death by both parents, two sisters, Francis McNorton and Annie Laura Carlvin; and one brother, Joe Jenkins.

Annie Lee Jenkins was given the nickname "Sally" in which she carried it very well around the town of Ruleville, where she spent a lot of time hanging around Double Quick and Subway joking, singing, and dancing with friends.

Annie Lee Jenkins attended the Sunflower County Schools & she was also an active member of Life Health/PSR Program in Indianola, MS.

Annie Lee Jenkins leaves to cherish her memories one daughter, Nicole Jenkins Simpson of Horn Lake, MS; one son, Farris Jenkins of Gallitin, TN; four sisters, Minnie Lee Jenkins of Ruleville, MS, Patricia Jenkins of Ruleville, MS, Geneva Jenkins of Chicago, IL and Shirley Jean Mitchell of Memphis, TN; three brothers, Teddy Jenkins of Chicago, IL, Jessie Jenkins of Portland, MS, and Charlie Jenkins of Ruleville, MS.
