Brian Richard Qualls - Born December 2, 1967 and passed away Monday, July 1, 2019. Preceded in death by: Mother, Dana Gene Bell Qualls; Grandfather, Eugene "Pap" Bell; Grandmother, Shirley "Mam" Bell; Grandfather, Eugene Enoch Qualls; Grandmother, Georgia "Grannie" Qualls; Nephew, Kyle Eugene Qualls. Brian was a loving son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle and friend. Brian never met a stranger. Brian was constantly busy, he loved cooking and taking care of his animals, flowers and plants. Brian left us too soon, he will be missed by all.
Visitation and Burial will be Friday, July 5, 2019 at Oakley-Hammond Funeral Home, 5342 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46219. Showing 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with Burial immediately after showing with an escort procession to Calvary Cemetery where he will be laid to rest with the rest of his family especially the two lady loves of his life Mom (Dana) and Mam (Shirley). In lieu of flowers, Brian would want you to go to your local animal shelter and adopt an animal, name it Brian to continue his love for animals or at least continue spreading the terror.
