Roberta Blair Hacker James, 81, of Ridgeway, passed away February 20, 2019, at her home. She was born November 15, 1937, in Gassaway, WV, to Herman Byrne Hacker and Elizabeth Surgent Hacker.
She had worked at Stanley Furniture.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Harlan Gereld James; daughter, Deborah Blair Frame; sons, Herald Eugene Frame and Raymond Williams, Jr.; brothers, Sonny Woodrow Hacker, William Hacker and Jerry Lee Hacker. She is survived by sons, David B. Frame (Robin), Michael L. Frame (Robin), Samuel P. Williams (Dana) and Allen L. Williams (Misti); sisters, Ann Davis and Nancy Moss; ten grandchildren.
Burial will be in Fair Haven Memorial Park.
