Christopher Franklin Nicholas Schultz was born May 2, 1988 in Staples, Minnesota the son of Wayne Bethel and Pam Schultz Olson. He passed away Saturday June 15, 2019 at Essentia -St. Mary’s Hospital in Detroit Lakes.
He was baptized in the Christian faith and attended school in Detroit Lakes. Chris enjoyed fishing, snowmobiling, and mudding.
On March 13, 2017 Chris was united in marriage to Chelsie Thomas, to this union four children were born. They made their home in Frazee, and Chris worked in construction.
Chris is survived by his wife Chelsie of Frazee; children: Xzavier, Addie, Ashton, Liam all at home; parents: Wayne (Candi) Bethel of Park Rapids; Pam (Steven) Olson of Ogema; siblings: Kimberly Stanbrough of Perham; Kayla (Damon) Nelson of Ogema; Annie Pickett of Detroit Lakes; Channing (Sheena) Olson of Frazee; Ryan Olson of Blaine; Vincent Pickett of Ogema; Noah Pickett of Ogema; Bethany Olson of Ogema; Kyle Bethel of Park Rapids; Dustin Bethel of Park Rapids; grandfathers: William Cripps and Donald Bethel; In-law’s Val and Myles Turnbull of Frazee; and several nieces and nephews and also many aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather: John Schultz; grandmothers: Pamela Cripps and Evelyn Bethel.
Private services were held.
