Born on February 7, 1972 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of David and Dawn (Shafer) Purcell.
She graduated from Morristown High School in 1990. Mrs. Williams received her Bachelors of Science from the University of Indianapolis in 2003. She worked for Disetronic Medical Systems in Fishers.
Mrs. Williams was a member of Community Christian Church in New Palestine, where she had previously taught Sunday school.
Surviving her are her parents, David and Dawn Purcell of Fountaintown; daughter, Briley Williams of Fountaintown; brother, David W. (Andrea) Purcell of Fountaintown; nephew, Grant Purcell; grandparents, Don and Deloris Shafer of New Palestine; and grandmother, Arie Belle Burkett of Fountaintown; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Preceding her in death was her grandfather, Robert Purcell.
Services were Tuesday, June 26th, at Erlewein Mortuary in Greenfield, with Pastor Todd Beale officiated.
Burial: Fountaintown Cemetery in Fountaintown, Indiana.
