Funeral services for Billy Tom Wyatt, 53, were held Monday afternoon at 2:30 in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Darwin Cox officiating.
Wyatt died May 25 about 2:30 P.M. in the Crosbyton Hospital following a lengthy illness.
Born December 31, 1931 in Hobbs, NM, he married the former Arlene Wilson in Spur on June 21, 1951 in Spur. He was a farmer, rancher and oil field pumper. He had lived in Dickens County since 1954, coming here from Kent County. He was a member of the Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Arlene Wyatt, Spur; a son, Dennis Wyatt, Spur; his mother, Lucille Wyatt, Spur; two brothers, Skip Wyatt, Washington, DC and Dale Wyatt, Spur; three grandchildren, Denice, Holly and Kailee Wyatt.
Burial was in Spur Memorial Cemetery with Campbell Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
