Ronald D. Shores 71 of Bayville NJ Died Suddenly at home June 24.

Ronald was born August 23, 1946 in Baltimore Maryland he later moved to Elkin North Carolina. He served his Country in the US Navy during the Vietnam war, after his time served, he became a dealer mechanic for many large corporations. He settled into retirement in Bayville, NJ.

Ronnie was an Automobile Enthusiast. In the car racing community, he was well known as “Hard-Core”. His friends were always welcome for some southern hospitality and some amazing crabs at his annual BBQ. Ronnie was an avid animal lover. Abigale, Smokey and Jackie were his lifelong companions who never missed a meal.

Ronnie had no surviving family and found strong friendships to be his family in Peter Schwankert , David Barry and Debra and Michael Scaglione.and many others.

Friends are Kindly invited to attend his Funeral Service, with Military Honors, on Friday July 5th, 2019 at 9:30am in the Brig, Gen. Wm. C. Dolye Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Road, Wrightstown, NJ 08562. We will meet Ron there and Please come as you are Dress Casual.
