Mr. Evans was born October 4, 1968 in Rockingham County, NC, to the late Calvin Coolidge Evans and Dora Eva Cochran Evans. He attended Osborne Baptist Church. Jeff enjoyed watching wrestling on tv, spending time with family and friends and riding around town. He worked for Henry County Plywood Company and later, for American Furniture.
He is survived by his sisters, Norma Evans Smith and Rose Evans Mims and husband, Johnny; brothers, Mark Evans and wife, Donna, Randy Evans and wife, Lisa, and Bruce Evans and wife, Tricia; nieces and nephews, Buffy Franks (Jason), Brandy Lee (Josh), Jaime Wade (Bill), Britany Vernon (Cortland), Jennifer Robertson (Tre's), Courtney Thompson (Adam), Josh Evans (Lauren), and Beth Evans; and great-nieces & great-nephews, Emma, Ashely and Nate Franks, Abby and Aiden Lee, Madison and Madilyn Wade, Kylie, Kaydence, McKenzie and Karter Vernon, Brentley Robertson, Isla and Addis Thompson, and Aubrey Evans.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his nephew, Mark Evans and brother-in-law, James Smith.
