Funeral arrangements for Mrs. Winnie F. Spencer of 712 N. Pierce are pending with N.S. Griggs & Sons.

Mrs. Spencer died Sunday in St. Anthony's Hospital where she had been a patient three days. A resident of Amarillo since 1950, she was born in Texas June 25, 1914.

Surviving are her husband, Carl Spencer; brothers, Hubert Green of Salem, Ore., and Roy Green of Honolulu, Hawaii; and sisters Mrs. Rose Lee Pabst of Pomona, Calif., and Mrs. Ruth Miller of Amarillo.
