Jeremy Adam Baker, age 33, of Sparta, formerly of Ashe County passed away Wednesday evening, October 5, 2016 at Alleghany Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Baker was born in Watauga County, N.C. on Friday, May 20, 1983 to Martin Haynes and Regina Coldiron Baker. He was a Dallas Cowboys football fan. He enjoyed golfing, fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family. He will be missed by all.
