Timothy Gene Holland, 66, of Muskogee, Oklahoma passed away Sunday, June 23, 2019. He was born July 25, 1952 in Sapulpa, Oklahoma to R. J. and Lucille Holland. Tim attended public schools and graduated from Muskogee High School.
He joined the United States Air Force on August 30, 1971 and proudly served his country for 24 years. He worked in Administration for Special Operations and retired on August 31, 1995 as a Master Sergeant.
Tim married Sharon Ann Todd on July 28, 1973 at Hurlburt Field AFB in Florida. They shared more than 45 years of life and marriage together.
He was a devoted Christian and deacon where he faithfully served at The Bridge at Christ's Church. He will always be remembered as a dedicated husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, and trusted friend to many during his life.
He will be missed by all who loved him.
Tim enjoyed fishing, riding his motorcycle, attending his grandchildren's activities, and could repair just about anything.
He was preceded in death by his parents; R. J. and Lucille Holland.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon, of the home; children, Damien Holland of Glenpool, and Tara (Holland) Cook of Locust Grove; grandchildren, Beau Kilpatrick, Ryeli Holland, Lani Holland, Rayden Holland, and Dani Capps; great-grandson, Dante Kilpatrick; along with other family members and friends.
Funeral services honoring Tim's life will be 1PM, Friday, June 28, 2019 at Cornerstone Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Howell officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery with full military honors being presented. Serving as pallbearers will be Damien Holland, Rayden Holland, Jody Coward, Beau Kilpatrick, Jon Con, Johnny Schiller, Gary Reid, and Jack Crow. Honorary pallbearers will be Shaun Cook, Mark Todd, Jim Phipps, and Wayne Furrh.
