Born in Boston, a son of Madeline ( Kingston ) Restuccia in Florida, he lived in Pawtucket for 60 years.
Mr. Kingston had also been a papercutter for the former J.C. Hall Co. for 30 years. He also sold Sunday newspapers in front of St. Mary's Church for many years. He was a World War II Navy veteran.
Besides his wife and mother he leaves two sons, Lewis E. Kingston Jr. of Central Falls and John E. Kingston of Pawtucket; three daughters, Deborah A. Szczoczarz of Rehoboth, Donna M. Corbin of Pawtucket, Cynthia J. Palin of Central Falls, and nine grandchildren.
The funeral was held from the V.J. McAloon and Son Funeral Home,with a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary's Church, Pine Street. Burial followed in St. Francis Cemetery.
