Okeechobee – Kenneth Wayne Powers died May 27, 2018. He was born January 22, 1968 in Hollywood, Florida to the late Charles and Yvonne (Wilson) Powers.
A resident of Okeechobee for 30 years, having come from Hollywood, he enjoyed air boating, four wheelers, auto racing, and being outdoors.
Mr. Powers is survived by his brothers, Chuck Powers (Charley), of Virginia, Tim Powers (Lynda), and Ricky Powers, all of Okeechobee; a host of nieces and nephews; and Pop-Pop to Arihya, Navahya, Kolton, Hunter, Connor, Steven, Vanessa, and Toby.
A gathering will be held Saturday, June 2, 2018 at Buxton & Bass Okeechobee Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until 5 p.m.
