Kathryn Elaine Jones Pieratt, daughter of James "Jimmie" Jackson Jones and Persilla/Priscilla Lindsay was born 30 Jul 1904 in Mason County, Texas. She was the granddaughter of Thomas Fletcher Jones and Rebecca E.Williams AND John Allen Lindsay and Matilda Ellen Milligan. Kathryn, who died in Idabel, McCurtain, OK, on 14 Feb 1974, was the second wife of widower, James "Jim" Silas Pieratt, Sr. Kathryn raised Jim's four children and had seven children of her own. The last fifteen years of her life, she resided in Broken Bow, OK. She was a member of the Assembly of God Church.When interviewing her descendants, she was remembered fondly for her many kindnesses and her sweet personality.
