Wesley Jared Harper, 31, passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019, in Bossier City.

Visitation will be held from 2-3 pm followed by a memorial service at 3:00 pm on Friday, April 26, at Osborn Funeral Home. Officiating will be Dr. Randy Harper, Pastor, of Bellaire Baptist Church.

Wes was a native and lifelong resident of Bossier City, LA. He was a member of Bellaire Baptist Church in Bossier City.

Wes was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Shirley and Jerry Loyd; paternal grandparents, Velma and Joseph Harper; and half-brother, Nick Harper.

He is survived by his parents, Jennifer and Joe Harper; daughter, Adisyn Crystal Harper; son, Elijah Jared Harper; sister, Brittany Van Arsdel and husband, Johnny; nieces Taylor, Jenna and Kenly; half-brother, Keith Harper; and numerous family cousins.

The family requests that memorials be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or charity of donor’s choice.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation to Osborn Funeral Home, along with the Bossier Sheriff’s Department.
