She was born on August 4, 1925 to Elbert and Lillian (Neal) Long in Clarke County, MS.
Maxine is survived by, 6 Sons, Morris (Beth) Robinson, Lamar Robinson, Fairly (Bettie) Robinson, Donnie (Sandra) Robinson, Ronnie (Donna) Robinson, and Ray Robinson, 11 Grandchildren, Lesia Underwood, Phyllis (Cam) Stinson, Tony Robinson, Marlon (Tracey) Robinson, Lynn Johnson, Kimberly (Rick) Harris, Fairla (Brooks) Simpson, Lori Herrington, Jessica (Bobby Joe) Greene, Rodney (Michelle) Robinson, and Michelle (Gregg) Tate, 22 Great-Grandchildren, and 12 Great-Great-Grandchildren.
Pallbearers are Rodney Robinson, Marlon Robinson, Tony Robinson, Hunter Robinson, Brooks Simpson, Dexter Underwood, and Gregg Tate.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, Abe Robinson, Parents, Elbert and Lillian Long, 2 Grandchildren, Shane Robinson, and Heather Robinson, 4 Brothers and 4 Sisters.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 23, 2019, 5:00 pm at Wright's Funeral Home, Quitman, Mississippi.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 24, 2019, 10:00 am at the Wright's Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Roy McHenry, officiating.
Burial will take place in the East Pleasant Grove Cemetery.
