Betty J. Farmer, age 90, of Christiana, passed away at her home on Sunday, May 12, 2019. Born in Unicorn, PA, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Margaret Fisher Housekeeper.

She graduated from Colerain High School. Betty loved shopping, flower gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is survived by 4 children: Ruth E. wife of Albert Weyandt of Pequea, Lynn J. Mitchell of Willow Street, Carol A. wife of Robert Kelly of Summerville, SC, and David C. husband of Carol Clendenin Farmer of Paradise, 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 3 brothers: Frank, Harold, and John Housekeeper and 3 sisters: Mary Alice Cramer, Ann Margaret McMillan, and Emma Jean Housekeeper.
