Mrs. Rebecca "Becky" Ann Francis, 53, a resident of Millbrook, Alabama passed away on June 8, 2019 at a local hospital. Graveside services will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. from Brookside Memorial Gardens with Rev. Mike Ingram officiating. She was retired from Alabama Department of Public Health. She was a member of Millbrook Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her son, Bryan Francis; parents, Talmadge Leon Oxford and Rebecca Sue Horn Oxford. She is survived by her husband, James Francis; daughters, Melissa Stewart (Stanley), Meghan Francis; sister, Deborah "Debbie" Joplin; brothers, Talmadge Oxford and Paul Oxford; 4 grandchildren, Lydia Stewart, River Grace Stewart, Ella Francis and Addison Jackson; nieces and nephews.
